We caught up to it coming up the mountain (just outside of Lantz Corners, PA 30 miles or so to Bradford,PA) it finally pulled off at the intersection in Lantz Corners. I was behind this for six miles, our max. speed 10 miles per hour. The line of traffic backed over 13 miles.
